Biography: 
Mark has been with MacKay & Somps since 1994 and served as the operations manager for the Roseville office from 1998-2017. Mark has guided the Roseville office’s most complex master-planned community projects through the entitlement, design and construction processes. He continues to provide management services on significant projects. Mark became a MacKay & Somps Principal in 2014.
