Biography: 
Mark has been with MacKay & Somps since 1997. He has entitled and managed countless development projects including commercial uses, multi-family and single-family residential subdivisions, and mixed use developments, as well as large scale master-planned communities. Mark was appointed to Operations Manager of the Pleasanton office in 2007 and managed the Pleasanton office through 2014. He continues to oversee large scale development projects, assisting clients with the ever increasing complexity of land development in the Bay Area. Mark became a MacKay & Somps Principal in 2014.
