With more than 25 years experience in civil engineering, and most notably in land development engineering and entitlement processing, Mark Sauer has been with MacKay & Somps for over 13 years. A registered civil engineer with a BSCE from California State University, Sacramento, Mark has successfully guided this office’s most complex master planned community projects through the entitlement, design and construction processes. In addition to his responsibilities for office management and personnel assignments, contract negotiation and project management, Mark works closely with clients and key agency contacts to resolve complex permitting and entitlement issues.
