The Lathrop office is MacKay & Somps’ most recent addition. It was opened in 2005 to service projects in San Joaquin County and the southern part of California’s Central Valley.

Steve Lichliter has been with MacKay & Somps for over 17 years. He graduated from Tulane University in 1981 with a degree in Civil Engineering. After working in Colorado, Texas, and Arizona for consulting engineers and development companies, he joined MacKay and Somps as a project engineer/project manager. Steve has extensive experience in the land development entitlement process and has managed numerous large scale master plan projects. He has worked in several of the MacKay & Somps offices and was appointed the Operations Manager of the Pleasanton office in February 2000. While in Pleasanton, many of Steve’s projects were located in the Central Valley and in 2005, he led the effort to open our newest office in Lathrop.
